In his first year in the business, Rich closed six transactions, signed many exclusive listings, and has since been credited for procuring the single largest residential real estate exclusive listing in the history of Hampton Bays for $7.5 million.

Rich truly enjoys helping buyers secure the most suitable residences for their needs, as he does giving owners the edge necessary to price, market and sell their homes successfully. His love of the East End is further demonstrated in his community involvement as President of the Bay Woods Homeowners Association, head of the Bay Woods Neighborhood Watch Program, and member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Architectural Review Board of Bay Woods Homeowners Association.

Married for over 10 years, Richs interests include boating, fishing, tennis and gourmet cooking. He is also a Porsche fanatic and a member of the Porsche Club of America. He and his wife Linda are avid dog lovers and own a white Labrador, Cuervo. They are also big supporters of many dog charities, including ARF, NSAL and Best Friends of Animals.
